Medford Striker Teams are managed like professional teams. All Parents strive to give the team every opportunity possible to allow continuous development. Team Parents are encouraged to help their team be successful on and off the field.
Below is a list of the Team Operation Outline. The below positions are available for every team parent. Please contact your Team Manager if you are interested in any of the below positions.
Team Manager
The Team Manager is responsible for insuring that all elements of the team are working towards the common goals established by the team.
League Match Coordinator
The League Match Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of administration and coordination pertaining to league and State Cup play.
Tournament Coordinator
The Tournament Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of tournament competition pertaining to tournament play.
Travel Manager
The Travel Manager is responsible for arranging transportation and accommodations as required for any overnight tournament.
Business Manager
The Business Manager is responsible for the overall financial operation and financial well being of the team.
Fundraiser Committee
Responsible for creating events that will raise money for the team.
Photographer (2) The Photographer will take action, team and candid match day pictures to be used by the promotion group and shall distribute the remaining photos to interested parents.
