Team Development Program

 

 The Team Development Program consists of two phases, the Youth Phase (U8 to U14), and the Senior Phase (U15 to U18). In the Youth Phase our teams focus on Individual Skill Development, Tactical Awareness, and Character Development.   In the Senior Phase our teams focus on Advanced Tactical Awareness, Physical Power, and Mental Toughness.

Our teams are comprised of serious soccer players that consider soccer their number one sport. All players share the same passion for the game. Our teams enjoy a true club atmosphere where the entire club works together. Development and improvement are the number one priority.

 

Team Development Program
Professional Team Training
Professional Team Training focuses on all the essential training phases needed to become an effective team.  
Phase 1: Physical Power, Technical Skills, Mental Toughness, Character Development
Phase 2: Physical Power, Technical Skills, Micro Soccer, Mental Toughness
Phase 3: 11 v 11, (8 v 8), Technical Skills, Set Plays, Attacking, Defending
Phase 4: 11 v 11, (8 v 8)
Professional Game Day Coaching
All teams will have a Professional Coach at every games.
Individual Development Camp (IDP)
This Camp is specifically designed for individual development. This Camp focuses on technical skill, mental toughness and physical power. 
The goal of this camp is to help players reach the next level in technical skills. 
Team Tactical Camp (TTC)
The goal of this program is to develop and prepare teams for the upcoming season and to improve the organization of the team tactically. Refining tactical skills and forming a team unit that defends and attacks together is a main focus of this program. Teams become aware of the mental team skills needed to stay competitive and effective.
Mental Toughness and Character Seminars
Student will also study the character skills of life including Respect, Responsibility, Risk, Freedom, Patience
Tactical Awareness Seminars
In a classroom setting players will study Tactical Awareness Skills including Positions, Formations, Systems, Set Plays
Speed & Agility
Students will learn the correct Running techniques and learn to run faster, more efficient and agile. Student will improve in Speed, Explosiveness, Balance, Reaction, Quickness, Awareness
Player’s Handbook
Members will receive a player’s handbook that will serve as a guide for their total development.  This book includes:  the characteristics of a successful soccer player; formations and styles of play; nutrition for soccer player; and much, much, more.
Comprehensive Player Evaluation
All members will be evaluated in the following areas:  Technical; Tactical; Physical; and Psychological aspects of the game.  This evaluation will highlight areas of the player’s game where they are strong, as well as point out the areas that need increased development. 
Mental Toughness and Character Seminars
All students will learn the Mental Toughness Skills of an athlete during the off season and in season.  Students will also study the Character traits required to be effective in life. The Mental Skills covered during the course of this program are Confidence, Concentration, Competitiveness, Visualization, Perseverance
